Additional Options:
DIY Monthly Checkup – $125.00 per Month
· All transactions recorded by client Quickbooks Online (other programs on a case by case basis)
· Review of transaction entries (up to 50 per month)
· Recommendations given of adjusting entries (re-categorization, etc)
· May be performed monthly or quarterly (Quarterly price = Monthly x 3)
· Client is responsible for any accounting software subscription fees
Payroll Processing – Starting at $110.00 Per Month
You may add payroll processing to any package or use as a stand-alone service.
Pricing tiers (regardless of frequency):
· 1-5 Employees – $110.00 per month
· Add employees in blocks of 5 for $20.00 per block
· Includes all payroll tax payments and reporting, as well as year-end W2
processing
· Important Note: I work exclusively with Patriot Payroll or Quickbooks Payroll
and all payroll taxes are collected from your account each time a pay run is
processed. I do not accept payroll clients using any other methods.
1099 Preparation
Minimum of $50 (includes up to 5 forms). Each additional form is $5. This includes
the cost of e-filing (I only use electronic filing). Any 1099 information provided
after January 25th will incur an additional $100 rush fee.
Client must provide all vendor information:
Name/Business name
Address
Social Security/EIN #
Amount paid for services
Any taxes withheld
We will also need the legal information for your business (legal business name,
business address, and EIN).
*NOTE: It is up to the business owner to understand the requirements of when to
issue a 1099. I cannot make that determination for you. I will only file based on
the information you provide, and you attest that it is correct to the best of your
knowledge.
QuickBooks Setup Package – $250.00-$500.00 (One-time Service)
· Pricing will differ when paired with ongoing monthly bookkeeping services (see
pricing options above)
· Pricing dependent on size of company and amount of historical data to transfer,
as well as previous accounting methods used.
· Set up of QuickBooks file for your company – no ongoing monthly commitment,
or may be added to a package above
· Customization of all transaction lists and chart of accounts
· Connect to your bank accounts (if supported by your bank)
· Customization of invoices and statements with logo
· Set up employees
· Price for micro/startup businesses only; additional charges for large businesses
QuickBooks Tune-Up Package – starting at $350.00 (One-time or Quarterly/Annually)
Whether you’re handling your own QuickBooks or have an employee who
processes entries for you, having a quarterly or semi-annual tune-up can save you
time and money at tax time. We will review reports for accuracy, make sure your
chart of accounts is still producing useful information for you, and check to see if
any transactions need to be reclassified. We will verify all account balances
(checking, savings, loans, credit cards), and be sure all fixed asset purchases are
properly recorded. We can also set up custom reports for your business at this
time.
Additional/Non-Specified Bookkeeping Work $75.00 Per Hour
Includes “clean up” work, temporary work, or other non-specified work above and
beyond the normal monthly contracted package.
Notes:
*Allowed number of bank accounts can include any combination of checking,
savings, loans, and credit card accounts.
**Allowed number of transactions includes payments issued, invoices generated,
and payments received.
